From movement training to boot camp and yoga, IC Athletic Club is serving up free group fitness classes all summer long. Swing by Courtyard 5/6 to explore a range of movement training led by local fitness experts. RSVP is required for each class.

bodyART: Movement Training

Every Monday from 5:30 – 6:30pm | Courtyard 5/6

The bodyART method is a physical therapy-based approach to movement training or PTBT. The objectives are injury prevention, pain reduction, and sustainability for your knees, hips, shoulders, ankles, elbows, and spine. You will leave class sweaty, energized, and feeling amazing.

Crossfit 718

Every Tuesday from 5:30 – 6:30pm | Courtyard 5/6

CrossFit 718 was established in 2010. The class will be an open class for all levels, offering a great way to end your Tuesday with a little sweat surrounded by a great community.

Boot Camp

Every Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:20pm | Courtyard 5/6

An interval training class that mixes both full-body strength training and cardio. This class will leave you strong and sweating.

Yoga with Karen Coles

Every Thursday from 12 – 12:50pm + Every Saturday from 10 – 10:50am | Courtyard 5/6

In this all-levels class, we will build strength and mobility with an exploratory approach to individual alignment. The class is made up of sequences that encourage a balance between effort and ease so that you leave the class feeling energized and restored.
