Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue organization based in Dallas, TX, and New York City. HBR adoption events are open to the public and walk-ups are welcome. But anyone serious about adopting a dog is encouraged to apply ahead of time to avoid delays.
