Our objectives are injury prevention, pain reduction and sustainability for your knees, hips, shoulders, ankles, elbows and spine. You will leave class sweaty, energized, and feeling amazing! Also great for people looking to improve their cardiovascular stamina, strength, flexibility, mental focus and concentration in a holistic and non-abusive environment..
