Industry City will be kicking off Cider Week New York in style with tastings from twenty cidermakers based in New York and beyond. The all-inclusive event will also feature snacks like bread, cheese and apple pie, plus amazing 24-month aged ham from Dakota Hams.
Not to mention, 3 Guys Cider will be at the event launching their new cider apparel line. VIP and General Admission tickets are on sale now.
12pm – VIP Session: ($85 + fee) includes early admission at 12noon for an extra hour of tasting including rare New York state ciders, a guided aged country ham tasting with Pig Perfect author Peter Kaminsky, welcome drinks, select cheeses and first bites. Featuring a custom, 24 month aged, traditional country ham by Dakota Hams in Nancy, Kentucky sliced by Chef Trevor Kunk plus an heirloom apple education from Original Sin.
1pm – General Admission: ($55 + fee) 1pm all-inclusive food and drink tasting tickets .
