Fort Hamilton Distillery: Nate’s Detroit Pizza Pop Up

Straight from the 313, authentic Detroit Pizza has finally landed in Brooklyn. Nate’s basic cheese pizza is made from just 7 ingredients: Italian flour, water, flaky sea salt, imported San Marzano tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella, aged Parmesan and good olive oil. That’s it.

Their starter dough is going on five-years old and is fermented to perfection. If it’s not Nate’s Detroit Pizza, it’s probably fake.
