IC Athletic Club: Boot Camp with Joel Canela
An interval training class that mixes both full-body strength training and cardio. This class will leave you strong and sweating.
In this all-levels class, we will build strength and mobility with an exploratory approach to individual alignment. The class is made up of sequences that encourage a balance between effort and ease so that you leave the class feeling energized and restored.
Karen Coles is a NYC-based certified yoga instructor and health coach. Her goal is to provide students with more awareness and command of their own bodies.
