Step away from the office and join Janessa for a fun 45-minute Pilates Mat class in the great outdoors. We will strengthen, lengthen, tone and align your body while also boosting your energy, your mood, and your wellbeing.

Due to heat or rain fitness classes may be held indoors, all attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend the class as per NYC regulations. Proof of vaccination will be required before class commences. Face mask is required for this class.
