The Secret to Sensory Evaluation of Whiskey by Fort Hamilton

Founder of Barrel Strength Talent Lia Niskanen will teach guests how to tap in to their olfactory systems to create expert whiskey tasting notes from memory and emotion. While enjoying a curated flight of five whiskies, guests are encouraged to tell stories around what they experience in their glass and start building their own whiskey vocabulary.
