Stoops, Sirens, and Stickball: Sunset Park, when neighborhood memories become art, is a special exhibition celebrating the stories, places, and shared memories that define Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Written and curated by Tamavis D. Santiago, founder of Salon 787 Collective, the exhibition brings together artists whose work honors the people, landmarks, and everyday moments that shape community life. Featuring immersive dioramas of real Sunset Park neighborhood locations by Luis Inca Ramos, a special exhibition of Green-Wood paintings by Valeri Larko, and works by legendary New York artist Al Díaz, the exhibition invites visitors to experience familiar streets through art, memory, and imagination.
