What is Industry City?
Industry City is NYC’s most diverse creative hub, housing more than 550 companies from design and media to technology and manufacturing. The six million-square foot, 35-acre campus along Brooklyn’s waterfront is a thriving ecosystem where 8,500 people come to work daily. With restaurants, pop-up shops, private event space, food and furniture retailers, and abundant outdoor space, IC has something for every type of New Yorker– from hustling entrepreneurs and scaling business owners to bar hoppers and the backyard-less.

What are the hours?
Building hours are 8AM – 10PM with tenant key card access after hours. Retailers maintain their own hours of operation which are available on their individual Google Business pages.

How do I get there?
Industry City is easily accessible via public transportation, bike, or car.
By Train:
The 36th St Station (D/N/R trains) is one express stop from downtown Brooklyn’s transit hub connecting to 11 train lines + the LIRR:By Bus:

Where can I find parking?
Parking is available for free along 3rd Avenue. Paid parking is available in Industry City’s secure lot on 2nd Ave for $15/weekday and $5/weekend day.

Where can I work while on campus?
If you are visiting for the day, you are welcome to use common lobby spaces and courtyards to work remotely using the free WiFi network. If you are looking for a coworking membership or a office space, you can learn more here.

Does Industry City have public restrooms?
Public restrooms can be found on the ground floors of buildings 2-6.

Are there ATMs on the property?
ATMs from TD bank are located in Buildings 2 + 5.

Does IC have on-site security?
Industry City has roving security team members patrolling throughout campus; the Security Command Center is located in Building 7 between 33rd and 34th Streets.

Where is Lost + Found located at Industry City?
Please visit our Security Command Center in Building 7 between 33rd and 34th Streets if you have lost a belonging or call 718-788-0060 for immediate assistance.

Are dogs permitted at Industry City?
We are a dog-friendly property; if you are visiting a particular restaurant or bar please contact them directly for their pet policy.
You can find pet relief areas located on 2nd and 3rd Avenues. We kindly request that pets refrain from relieving themselves indoors or in the courtyards.
