The campus

Founded by Irving T. Bush in the early 20th century, Bush Terminal was the first facility of its kind in New York City and the largest multi-tenant industrial property in the United States. Keeping to the entrepreneurial spirit of the property, the $450 million redevelopment modernized the campus to support the modern innovation economy and bring quality jobs to the waterfront.

With over 550 companies Upstairs At IC, the campus is buzzing with creatives across industries who build their businesses together on campus.
