Join us for a tour of our state-of-the-art sake brewery in Industry City, Brooklyn. See first hand how we turn rice and water into delicious Brooklyn-made premium craft sake. Led by our expert brewery staff, this experience will walk you through our production facility and allow you to take in the sights, sounds and delicious smells of New York's premier sake brewery. The tour concludes in our taproom where we will lead you a guided tasting flight of 3 kinds of Brooklyn Kura and introduce you to the nuance and variety of our award-winning sake.
NYC-based alternative RnB band working to develop their own sound and music that will capture listeners to be real and authentic to themselves — flaws and all. All tickets will have a $1 fee that goes directly towards Hifi Provisions. All seats are first-come, first-served. Tickets can be purchased in person or online. Bookbinding workshop with with Pashariko Bookbinding using all secondhand papers and materials. Learn some basic bookbinding with all secondhand papers and materials! In this evening workshop, we'll be focusing in on the pamphlet. The pamphlet can become a little notebook for your pocket, a fun way to level up a zine, a perfect format for an artist book, a sweet gift, and so much more! We'll talk about paper, different variations on the pamphlet stitch, and fun ways you can personalize and decorate your books. Spending an evening with your book has never been more hands on :)
Refine your ideas or explore a new story surrounded by peers in this 2 week comics workshop led by writer and illustrator, Davis Cathcart. In this comics workshop, students will learn how to put their story goals before their visuals in order to understand the fundamentals of visual storytelling and how the story drives imagery when the two are working in tandem. Students will execute on the ins and outs of story structure, character and telling a narrative in the cuts.

We are beyond thrilled to host this band! In their own words, "Real Young & Lazy Horse are an unreasonably faithful, occasionally feral reincarnation of Neil Young & Crazy Horse at their most ragged and transcendent. Drawing from the deep well of Neil’s catalog, the band doesn’t play the songs so much as become them.
