Bitter Monk Pop Up Tasting

Bitter Monk is the intimate cocktail bar and tasting room for micro-distillery Atheras Spirits, and sibling to Sugar Monk, the critically acclaimed cocktail bar in Harlem from co-owners Ektoras Binikos and Simon Jutras. The newest addition to Industry City’s collection of Brewers and Distillers, Bitter Monk features a cocktail list built around Atheras Spirits’ products (amari, herbal liqueurs and bitters), produced on-site here at Industry City in conjunction with spirit brands produced in New York state exclusively, in a warm, meditative space. 

Bitter Monk will be offering sample servings of some of their most popular cocktails including “Just a Gigolo” and “Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” in addition to tastings of Atheras Spirits Palatine amaro, Fig Leaf liqueur and a selection of their bitters.
