HOLIDAY READING: A Visit from Santa Clops with Author Gig Wailgum

IC-based children’s book publisher POW! is hosting a Holiday Read Aloud at the POWERHOUSE @ IC bookstore on Sunday, December 8th from 1-2pm for our release ‘A Visit from Santa Clops.’

A monstrously funny take on Clement C. Moore’s classic, ‘A Visit from Santa Clops’ is a satirical book following Santa Clause’s one-eyed one-eyed cousin from the South Pole. In the story, Santa Clops stops by a sleeping family’s house on Christmas Eve and the startled father must confront him and save Christmas for his children. There’s booger-thumbs instead of sugar-plums, dino-penguins instead of reindeer, and coal instead of gifts!
