In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to craft a stunning meat and cheese board, expertly balancing flavors, textures, and visual appeal. At the end of the class, you’ll leave with a beautifully curated charcuterie board to take home perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself.
Along the way, Walid and Gloribelle will share their passion for bold flavors and offer tastings of their signature Harissa Hot Honey, aka “The Love Sauce.”
About Harissa:
Walid and Gloribelle, former restauranteurs, bonded over their Dominican and Tunisian culinary roots. After marrying and having twins, they launched Harissa Hot Honey to bring restaurant-quality, globally inspired flavors to home kitchens. Their business took off at Brooklyn’s own Sahadi’s, with early branding support from the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.
