Kick off summer with Rib King NYC™ on May 24, 2025, at Industry City’s Courtyard 1/2 in Brooklyn. Hosted by Food Karma Projects and NYC BBQ, this all-inclusive Memorial Day Weekend event features top chefs, restaurants, and drinks for an unforgettable feast.

The Ultimate BBQ Showdown
Rib King NYC™ brings Michelin-starred chefs and rising talents together for a competition like no other. Last year’s creations included Cherry Wood-Smoked Porkstrami Ribs and Apple Honey-Smoked Jerk Ribs with Peach Cobbler Cornbread. This year, reigning champion Vincent Mangual of Empire BBQ defends his title against contenders like Anthony Scerri of Smoke Sweats, Darlene Lawrence of Sands Jerk Hut, and more.
