BUILDING 1

Located at the entrance of "Innovation Alley", the main thoroughfare of Industry City, Building 1 has a 24/7 manned lobby and is directly adjacent to IC's outdoor bandshell and the food hall in Building 2.

Situated at the heart of the campus, Buildings 3-6 have direct access to three furnished courtyards, the IC Athletic Club, food vendors, and more. The buildings' narrow floorplates bring in stunning natural light, accommodate single floor tenants up to 25,000 SF, allow for divisions down to 3,000 SF, and provide flexibility for open plan creative offices, maker-spaces, or content studios.

We're a new venture within Square and wanted to keep a ‘startup mentality’ as we worked on building out our Photo Studio so we chose Industry City. There’s a ton of room to expand as we begin to grow this service-- we’re already moving into a bigger space after only a year of being here. It's also a nice bonus for us to be surrounded by so many Square sellers, so as we get a bit further along we want to tap into the e-commerce community here on campus.

Being around other artists, seeing what other creative companies are doing and being exposed to their technologies and ways of working— we want to be part of that and we want to give that back to the community.”
