Bitter Monk is an intimate cocktail bar and tasting room for the micro-distillery Atheras Spirits, from Ektoras Binikos and Simon Jutras, also the co-founders of Sugar Monk, the critically acclaimed cocktail bar Harlem. Bitter Monk features a cocktail list built around Atheras Spirits’ products (amari, herbal liqueurs, bitters, infusions), produced on-site in conjunction with spirit brands produced in New York state exclusively, in a warm, meditative space.
