Industry City Inc. 5000 2026: 3 Tenants Named to the List

Three Industry City tenants — Highline Commerce, CITIBIN, and Tailored Industry — made the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Only 25 Brooklyn companies made this year’s list at all, and a fifth of them are based at Industry City.

Highline commerce

Highline Commerce, a third-party logistics and fulfillment company in Building 7, landed at No. 439 nationally with 799% three-year growth — one of the strongest showings in the borough. The company just expanded to 60,000 square feet at Industry City, its second expansion here in four years, and partnered with fellow tenant Ultra Robotics to bring humanoid robots onto the fulfillment floor that now handle close to a third of its clients’ orders. As CEO Richard Hurley put it, it’s the kind of thing that’s only possible when “on-site manufacturing, printing, fulfillment and the robots that run it all operate within feet of one another” — which is exactly what a campus like ours is built for.

CITIBIN

CITIBIN designs and manufactures the modern trash, recycling, and composting enclosures showing up on stoops and sidewalks across the city. Founded by Liz Picarazzi, the company runs its design and fabrication work right out of Industry City, drawing on the same manufacturing space and maker community that made Brooklyn the right place to build in the first place.

Tailored Industry

Tailored Industry operates a made-to-order 3D knitting factory and showroom, producing knit garments and textiles on-site. Keeping design, production, warehousing, and shipping all under one roof takes real industrial space — something increasingly hard to find in New York City, and exactly what Industry City was built to offer. In addition to their production facility, Tailored Industry recently opened a boutique in the Industry City Makers Guild (Building 5).
