In partnership with NYCxDESIGN, select tenants #UpstairsAtIC are opening their doors to the public for a rare glimpse into their process, design space and art studios. Participants are encouraged to take IC’s self-guided art tour campus-wide and shop the designers at The Makers Guild.

The Makers Guild
Welcome to #UpstairsAtIC and behind [usually] closed doors, into the studios of makers and creators. Meet IC’s immersive shopping destination, where design studio meets retail. Witness the process and shop their creations, plus a rotating stream of pop-up art exhibitions and experiences. Explore the full line-up here.
Design Retailers
Design at IC spans from specialty small businesses to world-renowned designer brands. Ground-floor shopping including outlets, vintage, boutiques, plus a dynamic office community #UpstairsAtIC comprising of textile, lighting, interior styling, and furniture fabricators. Self-Guided Art Tour
Explore 15+ art installations ranging from murals to sculptures on campus, with The Collision Project’s self-guided art tour. The Collision Project utilizes the campus of Industry City as a diverse and flexible testing ground for artists and visionaries to collaborate and to promote exploration of the grounds.
