Still Here NYC Joins Industry City Tenant Roster
Fashion brand Still Here NYC has joined the tenant roster at Industry City in Sunset Park with a 1,246-square-foot lease, bringing the total number of fashion firms at the six-million-square-foot campus to more than 60. The vintage-inspired denim brand plans to utilize the space as a design studio, office and showroom, and will also use it to incubate new projects outside of fashion.
“Many emerging brands plant their roots in Industry City’s Creative Workshops because of the creative atmosphere and energy they feel from their neighbors and across the campus,” said Jeff Fein, SVP of leasing at Industry City. “Still Here also chose IC because the space meets their varied needs today and can accommodate their inevitable growth tomorrow.”
Founded in Brooklyn in 2018, Still Here has been worn by the likes of Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and Chiara Ferragni.
